Quick Reference Guide for Completing the Online Risk Management Forms
Every Coach, Assistant Coach, Manager, Trainer, (League) Board Member, and Volunteer must certify for Risk Management.
 You can do the following by accessing the Risk Management System:
1) Apply for the first time
2) Reapply to update your expired Clearance
3) Print off your Approved Clearance
Follow the steps and fill in the information once you access the Risk Management System, and it will guide you through each of the 3 options above.
There is a $10 charge to either Apply or Reapply when your current clearance expires. This fee is directly allocated to running a National Background Check.
No charge applies to print off another Clearance in case it was lost or misplaced. You must fill in a VALID Social Security Number and VALID email address to apply. All Clearances will be emailed to the address you supply in the application.

Are you a Non-U.S. Citizen and/or do not have a Social Security Number?
You will need to send in a paper application to the MSYSA State Office along with a $10 check or money order made payable to MSYSA. All information must be filled out (minus the SSN) in order to receive your Risk Management Clearance, including your email address. All Clearances are sent via email.
