REGISTRATION – FALL 2006/SPRING 2007The Fall registration cut off date is June 30, 2006. Players returning to the same team must be registered by May 30th to be placed on the same team.All registrations must be accompanied by a copy of the player’s birth certificate, including both new and returning players. No registrations will be accepted without a birth certificate, and there will be no exceptions made. To register, open and print a registration form (MS Excel document) or (Acrobat pdf file) and mail together with the registration fee and copy of birth certificate to: DEARBORN SOCCER CLUB DEARBORN SOCCER CLUB HOTLINE: 313-565-4433 Due to Michigan State Youth Soccer Association by-law restrictions, a player placed on a Fall team cannot transfer to another team for the Spring season.
